To ensure that your appointment and our planning run smoothly during the festival season, we ask you to please observe the following guidelines.

We recommend booking your appointment online well in advance, as availability is limited.
Once you make a booking, your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you, and the necessary staff and capacity are scheduled accordingly.
An appointment is only considered confirmed once the booking process has been completed successfully and you have received your booking confirmation.
2. Why do we use cookies?
Depending on the styling package you select, you can either pay for your appointment directly online or conveniently on-site by debit card, credit card or cash.
Selected styling packages require a deposit or advance payment. Whether a payment is required and the applicable amount will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
Any deposit paid will, of course, be deducted from the total price when your appointment takes place.
Unless the full amount has been paid online, the remaining balance must be settled on-site immediately after your appointment.

The same booking and cancellation terms generally apply to group bookings.
For larger groups, we reserve the right to agree upon individual payment and reservation terms.
