Should I book my appointment in advance?
We recommend booking online early, as our appointments are often fully booked during the season.
Spontaneous visits are welcome – however, depending on availability, we cannot guarantee short-notice appointments.

Can I pay for my appointment on site?
Ja. Bei der Online-Buchung kannst du, je nach gebuchtem Styling-Paket,
zwischen einer direkten Online-Zahlung oder einer Bezahlung vor Ort per EC-/Kreditkarte oder bar wählen.
Für ausgewählte Pakete ist eine Anzahlung bzw. Vorauszahlung erforderlich.
So können wir deinen Termin verbindlich für dich reservieren und sicherstellen, dass unsere begrenzten Kapazitäten während der Volksfest-Saison optimal genutzt werden.

Can I book my preferred date at short notice?
Je nach Verfügbarkeit ist das möglich.
Da insbesondere an den Wochenenden viele Termine frühzeitig vergeben sind, empfehlen wir eine rechtzeitige Reservierung.

What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?
Solltest du deinen Termin nicht wahrnehmen können, sende uns bitte möglichst frühzeitig eine kurze E-Mail.
Nach Eingang deiner Nachricht stornieren wir deinen Termin selbstverständlich. Eine separate Bestätigung der Stornierung versenden wir in der Regel nicht.
Bitte beachte, dass bereits geleistete Anzahlungen oder Vorauszahlungen im Falle einer Stornierung nicht erstattet werden.

How long does a styling session take?
Depending on the package you book, your appointment will last between 15 and 90 minutes. You can find the specific duration directly with our styling packages.

What is the Quick Hairstyle?
With the Quick Hairstyle package, you choose your favorite from three signature hairstyles developed by our team. This package is ideal for anyone who wants a professional style in a short amount of time.

Do I need to come with washed hair?
Yes. Please arrive with freshly washed hair (or hair washed the night before) and completely dry. If possible, please avoid using hair oil or other styling products so we can achieve the best possible result.

Should I come to the appointment without makeup?
If your booked styling package includes a make-up look, we recommend that you arrive at your appointment with as little make-up as possible.
This allows us to start styling your hair right away without having to remove your makeup first. This saves time and is gentler on your skin, as unnecessary irritation is avoided.
A light daytime make-up or a little concealer is of course no problem.

Can I bring my own wishes or inspirations?
Absolutely! Just show our team photos or inspiration for your desired look. Together we'll find a style that perfectly matches your dirndl and your personal style.
Only our Quick Hairstyle package is designed as an express styling option. Therefore, three carefully selected Oktoberfest hairstyles are available. Unfortunately, individual hairstyle requests cannot be accommodated with this package.

Are there group discounts? And can we get a group makeover?
Yes. For groups of three or more, each person receives a 15% discount on selected styling services. You can find more information on our "Group Styling" page. Simply send us a booking request there.
Why do I have to request an appointment first?
For group styling, our team plans your appointments so that you are styled at roughly the same time, depending on group size and availability.

Where can you be found?
You can find us at two exclusive locations during the "Oktoberfest season":
• KOENIGSHOF – a Luxury Collection Hotel at Karlsplatz-Stachus
• NH Collection Munich Bavaria directly opposite the main train station.

Can I book as a hotel guest?
Yes. Many of our guests visit us on the recommendation of their hotel or concierge team. Our two central locations are easily accessible and just a few minutes from the Theresienwiese.
In order to reserve your desired date for you, we also recommend that guests of the KOENIGSHOF – A Luxury Collection Hotel and the NH Collection Munich Bavaria book their appointment conveniently online in advance.
If your desired appointment is already fully booked online, please contact us personally or send us an email. Together we will check what other options we can offer you.

Of course. We're happy to incorporate your own hair accessories into your styling – provided they are suitable for the chosen hairstyle.
